Follow the steps
1). Extract the files.
2). Make a folder named backup and paste all file in this folder.

as I have extracted all files and putted in backup folder
3). Now open localhost/backup
or www.domainname.com/backup
as per your link
This mysql dumper installation screen will appear
4).Now select your language and click on installation.
5). Now config provide your host,user and password, left blank if you want to take database backup of all. if you left blank then you need to select at the time of take backup.
and click on mysql connect.
then save and continue.
you will get final screen.
now select your database and reload it. and take your back and enjoy.
